As a keen amateur photographer, I love to get out and about with my camera. There is no better way to spend a day than meandering through the glens whilst trying to capture everything from the texture of rocks to the epic vistas! In my work, I use photography for showcasing holiday cottages and the dramatic landscapes around us.
The Higher Photography course from West Highland College at Broadford gave me confidence, and hopefully a little competence, whilst developing my skills and knowledge of the subject. It was a wonderful experience and I hope to take it further. South Skye Camera Club lets people who enjoy photography come together to explore different genres and styles and I am very pleased to be a member!
